On the 20th of January, 2026, YADRAM S/O DIWARI LAL — resident of Parvesh Nagar Colony, Village Mubarakpur Dabas, Delhi — freely and voluntarily established this charitable trust with an initial corpus of ₹3,000.

What started as a single deed of trust has grown into a nationwide movement. The Trust was created under the name “Crime Investigation Division Bureau & Anti Crime Organization (C.I.D.B. & A.C.O.) Trust”, registered under E-Stamp Certificate No. IN-DL90618619793150X.

Together with co-trustee JITENDER KUMAR S/O RAM PREET RAM, the founder laid the groundwork for a charitable organization open to persons of all castes and creed — dedicated to the promotion, encouragement, and accomplishment of public welfare causes across India.
