Crime Investigation Division Bureau & Anti Crime Organization (C.I.D.B. & A.C.O.) Trust — a charitable trust registered under REGN. No.50/2020/Act.2001, open to persons of all castes and creed.
Born from a deed of service.
YADRAM S/O DIWARI LAL (Voter ID No. UDL0027268), resident of 49, Parvesh Nagar Colony, Village Mubarakpur Dabas, Delhi-110086, freely and voluntarily created this charitable trust on the 20th of January, 2026.
An initial sum of ₹3,000 (Three Thousand only) was dedicated for the promotion, encouragement, and accomplishment of charitable causes. The Founder Settler is the lifetime Chairman/President of the Managing Committee.
The administrative/registered office is situated at KH NO 15/23, Ground Floor, Parvesh Nagar, Village Mubarakpur Dabas, Delhi-110081.
The second Trustee appointed is JITENDER KUMAR S/O RAM PREET RAM (Voter ID No. IPN2542124), residing at KH NO 30/17, Block C, Gali No.4, Rani Enclave, Rani Khera, Delhi-110081.
National Executive Body
Governing Council: min 7, max 51 members. Three-year term. Elected by General Body.
Membership: ₹1,000 (Lifetime) + ₹100 (ID Card) • Indian citizen, 18+, good moral character
Roles of the office bearers.
President
Supreme executive and policy head. Provides overall leadership, supervises all units and branches, presides over all meetings, and holds office for life. Has exclusive right to appoint successor by written nomination.
Vice President
Assists the President in all organizational functions. Performs duties of the President during his absence. Oversees special assignments and maintains coordination between different wings.
General Secretary
Chief Administrative & Executive Officer. Conducts day-to-day administration, maintains custody of all records, conducts correspondence, convenes meetings, and coordinates annual budgets.
Treasurer
Responsible for safe custody of all funds. Maintains Cash Book, Ledger, Receipt & Payment Accounts, Income & Expenditure Accounts, and Balance Sheet. Operates bank account jointly with President/Secretary.
Discipline & distinction.
Prescribed Uniform
Junior Officers: Light brown (khaki) coloured uniform, khaki round-head cap, brown belt, brown shoes, and khaki-headed whistle.
Senior Officers: Red round-head cap, black belt, black shoes.
Equipment: Every Commando/Field Officer shall carry a staff/bat measuring 3.5 feet while on duty.
Meritorious Service Award
A Star/Insignia of Excellence may be awarded to outstanding Officers or Members for exceptional service, bravery, discipline, or contribution. Conferred by a Senior Police Officer of the concerned State or District.

Function as a voluntary, non-profit and non-political social service body; all members work purely as social workers.
All appointments, designations, positions and responsibilities shall be honorary and unpaid.
Engage in public welfare, social service, awareness creation and humanitarian assistance within the framework of law.
Assist and cooperate with Government, Police, Local Administration and Disaster Management during natural calamities.
Work for crime prevention awareness, public safety education and lawful reporting of offences.
Shall NOT exercise any police powers, including arrest, investigation, interrogation, punishment or enforcement.
Promote women safety, dignity and protection through awareness programs, counselling, and legal guidance.
Work towards child protection, prevention of child marriage, child labour and bonded labour through education.
Promote animal welfare, protection of birds and prevention of cruelty to animals.
Assist authorities by lawful reporting against cattle smuggling, animal cruelty, hoarding, adulteration and corruption.
Eliminate social evils: dowry system, caste discrimination, untouchability, drug abuse, corruption and social exploitation.
Promote consumer awareness against under-weighing, adulteration, tax evasion and unfair trade practices.
Provide humanitarian assistance — food, clothing, shelter and basic necessities for the needy and distressed.
Work for environment protection, tree plantation, cleanliness drives, pollution control and sustainable development.
Promote non-conventional and renewable energy awareness and environmentally responsible practices.
Undertake health awareness, health education, sanitation and public hygiene as per government guidelines.
Promote education — primary, higher, technical, vocational, health and spiritual education.
Establish/manage community halls, old age homes, orphanages, healthcare centres, libraries, skill development centres.
Develop handicrafts, cottage industries, small industries and self-employment training and marketing.
Encourage patriotism, national integration, brotherhood and social harmony among all sections of society.
Function through village, block, district, state and national-level coordinating bodies (as voluntary framework only).
Identity cards, uniforms or symbols shall NOT resemble any Government, Police or Armed Forces uniform.
Issuance or misuse of fake identity cards, uniforms or symbols shall invite disciplinary and legal action.
Encourage public awareness programmes, workshops, seminars and campaigns on lawfulness and civic duties.
Support maintenance of law and order indirectly by cooperation, awareness and lawful assistance.
Shall NOT engage in any activity of political, religious extremism or unlawful nature; remain neutral, secular and lawful.
Ensure internal discipline, ethical conduct and accountability among members through rules and code of conduct.
Shall NOT perform any act reserved exclusively for Police, Armed Forces or any statutory authority.
